The neutrosophic perfective rate, neutrosophic demand rate and neutrosophic purchasing cost are fuzzified as triangular neutrosophic numbers and trapezoidal neutrosophic numbers are also furnished. The optimum order quantity is acquired in neutrosophic sense with the assist of median rule. The proposed model is illustrated with appropriate instance.
