Abstract

Optimization techniques is a valuable function for all engineering and science problem around the world. In the last few decades, chaotic maps have played a vital role in solving numerous applications of engineering and science. This article deals with a review of the optimal behaviour of chaotic maps with traffic control models using superior Mann fixed point iterative procedure. Due to the presence of a higher convergence rate, the Mann procedure gives better optimization results in traffic control models. Further, it is observed that the Mann procedure has an additional degree of freedom of the control constraint α that gives more stability behaviour in chaotic maps. Moreover, a comparative analysis between the Picard and Mann procedure is also studied, followed by tables and some bifurcation plots.
